The Why

UP was created to promote an intentional lifestyle, that encourages, motivates, and realigns us to live a rare and set-apart life with purpose.

We are not perfect. We are doing our best. We are striving for progress, not perfection.

There will be off days. There may even be off seasons. And that is okay, as long as we remain disciplined, consistent, and willing to show up again and grow. True growth does not come from pressure or guilt, but from commitment and grace.

To live this way, we need community. We need people who will walk alongside us, hold us accountable, and remind us who we are when we forget. UP exists to help you find that community and to dig deeper - into your movement, your mindset, and your purpose.

You may be surprised to realize that your people have been right under your nose this entire time. Sometimes, all we need is a shift in perspective. That is where I come in.

The goal is to build a community that chooses faith over fear, that is willing to be both comfortable and uncomfortable, and that views movement as a lifelong practice, not a temporary fix.

“My eager expectation and hope is that I will not be ashamed about anything, but that now as always Christ will be honored in my body, whether by life or by death.” - Philippians 1:20

Everything I do is rooted in showing up fully, using my gifts, and creating impact that goes beyond myself.
